Welcome! By enrolling in any mentorship program offered by Arie Rose (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before committing.

1. Program Description

We offer two mentorship options:

• The Leasing Blueprint Strategy Call (60-Min Private Session)

• The Mini Blueprint Mentorship (2-Week Private Coaching)

Both programs are designed to provide strategic guidance, templates, and coaching tailored to your business goals in commercial leasing.

2. Eligibility

This program is for real estate professionals (agents, team leaders, or those transitioning into commercial leasing). You must be 18 or older to apply and participate.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be completed via Stan Store. Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

4. Participation

You are expected to attend all scheduled calls and complete the prep form in advance. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the session time.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials shared (templates, checklists, calculators) are owned by Arie Rose. You may use them for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. No Guarantees

Results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding income, client acquisition, or business outcomes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove participants from the program if they violate these terms, behave inappropriately, or misuse the material.
